Daily Duties at 3 D/International:
? Applied adult learning theory and knowledge of training concepts and practices in all training programs ? Responsible for training clients and company users on company software application with up to 75% travel ? Technical support for several software programs ? Design and implement technical documentation of the software products ? Proficient use of the Microsoft office software, including; Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Adobe PageMaker ? Design and implement a monthly newsletter and yearly calendar of classes available to company employees, as well as, clients ? Provided a cost/training benefits report to ensure a return on training investment through effective budgeting ? Test and certify clients ? Evaluated areas where training might be enhanced ? Documented changes in software and procedures as they transpired and restructured training accordingly
