Designed and implemented an effective Child Development Preschool Program, which adhered to sound Early Childhood Educational Principles and compiled with regulations as outlined by the State Department of Education. Supervised two aides in the morning, attended district meetings and site meetings, planned field trips in coordination with other sites and planned monthly parent meetings.
