Daily Duties at Pfizer, Inc.:

Leads Procurement portion of construction (planning through execution) for large and small St. Louis based projects. Prepares bid packages for architectural, engineering, and contractor services for construction projects. Negotiates construction fees, rates and schedules for construction and renovation services. Develops and enhances the Procurement relationship with customers. Ensures proper implementation of global strategies associated with construction. Provides consultation and support to team members in matters of dispute resolution and claim avoidance. Provides non-category specific assistance to the Procurement Team or management in supporting the goals of the Department. Provides expertise in the areas of construction, utilities, facilities, services, capital equipment, professional Services, and MRO. Acts in support of the Global Sourcing Leader to implement sourcing strategies.
