Daily Duties at Adp/Audatex:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance knowledge and skills required to optimize individual and Company performance. Plan, implement and evaluate the orientation program for new employees Apply adult learning theory and use knowledge of training concepts and practices in all training areas: o Training time-lines. o Written training documents. o On-line training programs. Assist with the development/delivery of e-learning initiatives and budgetary considerations. Proven leadership skills; o Chosen team mentor while being second most junior member. Deliver proactive support by monitoring areas where training and development may not exist but the organization would benefit from, such as, but not limited to, the organization’s: o Functional areas o Product lines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Training from 1 to 120 students, I have an annual average of 98% excellence rating. I was three times chosen “#1 Field Trainer” by clients with satisfaction scoring. Disseminate information about training to all clients and internal users on all training opportunities First-rate organizational skills in: o Coordinating and managing logistics for client training. o Setting training schedules for other team members. o Maintaining documentation for all areas trained Exceptional written skills, perceptible through development of: o Curriculum o Training calendars o Program materials. Cultivation of positive working relationships with internal customers and trainees to maximize benefit to the business. Discretion, courtesy and tact as part of handling confidential information. Sensitive and secure information dealt with in a professional and unreputed manner. Motivated self starter. Work and travel independently – supervisor resides in a different city with corporate office in different state. Responsible for implementing training in line with: o The agreed training timeline. o The agreed training approach. Work with local client management to develop content and process, and to facilitate employees learning of new functionality of each software release. Document changes in software and procedures as they transpired and restructure training accordingly
