Daily Duties at Corporate Builders Group:

Responsible for estimating projects and establishing project budgets. Conducted bidding process with subcontractors. Simultaneously managed multiple commercial construction projects. Negotiated and prepared subcontracts, and vendor purchase orders. Prepared and implemented project schedules ensuring timely project completion. Procured building department permits. Prepared and maintained subcontractor submittals, and contractor RFI’s, Supervised field superintendents at multiple construction sites. Compiled subcontractor invoices and prepared AIA payment requisitions.
