•Responsible for all aspects of daily operations. Gatekeeper and right hand to an influential entrepreneur and business owner. •Handled complex calendar scheduling, coordinated all business and personal travel arrangements, handled/sorted correspondence and functioned as liaison to various gencies. •Addressed all students concerns, inquiries and questions. •Advised key staff, providing recommendations and guidance on efficient procedures for operational development, human resources, marketing, cost control and client retention •Evaluated performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for provement. •Established, built, and maintained productive relationships with government funded agencies. •Researched potential grant opportunities and private funding. •Responsible for writing and submitting government grant proposals.(RFP’s) • Acquired and updated annually all school licensing and curriculum accreditations. •Single handedly created a placement department that achieved a 75% employment rate with in the firs year. •Supervised recruitment, employment activities and employee evaluations. •Accountable for staffing, strategic directives, and training. •Supervised wealth improvements, organizational structure, and growth maintenance. •Managed all areas of finance: payroll, bank accounts, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks. •Provided financial insight and analysis of all income, expense and balance sheet reports. •Managed a million dollar budget, monitoring all bills and expenses.
