Directed regional activities for Home Care and Staffing offices in the Tidewater and Peninsula area. Implemented processes to facilitate growth and improve patient outcomes. Improved sales for diverse business mix, Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, Private Duty and Facility Staffing. Developed Business Plans and budgets, contract negotiation and implementation. Executed daily operations of agencies to include clinical operations, human resources, marketing, education and staff development.
