Daily Duties at Johnson & Johnson:
? Manage large hardware and software update projects including platform, application and operating system upgrades. ? Lead Consumer Healthcare Mobile Enterprise team to evaluate and implement mobile technology solutions for the Consumer business. ? Liaison between Technical Services team and B2C/B2E Center of Excellence. ? Lead Consumer Healthcare division’s business continuity planning initiative. ? Build standard software images for new client hardware platforms. ? Provide advanced technical guidance and support for client services consultants. ? Assist with IT integration activities during enterprise mergers. ? Participate in IT innovation teams to investigate and deliver new technologies and processes. ? Administer Windows 2003 Active Directory domains. ? Create and distribute software packages using Microsoft SMS Installer, Wise Windows Installer and SMS Administrator programs. ? Support world-class IT lab for image and application testing. ? Research, evaluate and deploy requested hardware and software solutions as required.
