Daily Duties at Innovative Computer Concepts:

Manage key account relations, easily interacting with top executives. Lead day-to-day administration of customer’s projects, including development, scheduling, communications with clients, management and optimization of client campaigns and documentation to a specific account. Collaborate with clients to implement and customize proprietary solutions (C#.NET) and open source technologies building Document, Content and Workflow Management solutions on demand. Supervise the team of 4 software developers, 2 testers, and 2 technical assistants. Build investor relations. Facilitate research and development efforts to build Knowledge Management System. Train end users on system usage.
