As a consultant for a Fortune 500 company, assisted with the implementation of Peoplesoft HR/Payroll and Benefits. With succeeding upgrades to the Peoplesoft system; performed analysis, design, testing and implementation of custom changes for HR, Payroll and Benefits modules. Conducted PSQuery, Crystal Report, and SQR training for clients across the US (Campus Crusade for Christ [Orlando FL], Ft Worth Star Telegram [Ft Worth TX], Times-Warner Media Group [Denver CO], Providian/Aegon Insurance Group [Louisville KY]). • Designed and implemented a custom salary planning application that provided a streamlined and effective approach to reviewing and managing annual salary increases to support a large field sales force, corporate headquarters and three manufacturing plants. • Researched and developed a business solution to replace functionality of a legacy Paradox for DOS database application with a custom Peoplesoft application that enabled field sales representatives to order products and marketing supplies critical to sustaining business and sales operations.
