see that invoices to carriers were processed timely, that checks went out to carriers every week, wire transfers for insurance payments, see that documents were scanned correctly and time, invoices to customers released with correct back-up, help the 32 branch offices with payables problems and questions - answer calls from carriers in regards to payment status, fill out and approve times cards for 32 direct employees
