Daily Duties at Sprint:
• Performed all aspects of Project Management including: Project planning and initiation, risk management, critical success factors, project change control, issues management, status reporting, and post-project assessment • Interacted technically with the network support, DBA and technical teams to solve technical problems in a timely manner • Possess strong presentation skills, and facilitation skills including working with all levels of internal associates and external vendors and business partners • Familiar with formal project management methodologies and responsible for making recommendations for better methodologies and tools for project management • Wrote, reviewed and interpreted request for proposals • Demonstrated practice of Associated Press Stylebook guidelines and ability to adapt to company style guides and communications practices and policies. • Managed project development for various Marketing initiatives • Led cross-functional teams and provide project communication across multiple lines of business • Developed and implemented field training to Sprint PCS contact center and retail representatives
