Schedule Supervisor • Supervising 40+ professional associates in assigned work area, generating work schedule to cover all areas of the operation, problem resolutions, and process improvements to maximize productivity, coordinate audits to ensure standards are met, and implement Dynamic Space Utilization Systems. • Monitor, motivate, and audit employees to ensure accomplishment of department objectives in a timely manner. Achieved improved statistical productivity objective for the department with in the first year of work by over 50%.
