Daily Duties at A 1 Cleaning Services:

• Daily composes, creates, prepares, designs, and reviews a variety of documents including letters, requisitions, contracts, flyers, research material, and reports. • Daily ensures that documents and checks that need to be processed for payments have been executed and forwarded to vendors. • Periodically develops and daily maintains central filing systems: General correspondence, progress reports, injury reports for staff members, requisition for supplies, time sheets and accounting ledger systems of budget line items. • Monthly calculates, posts, and compiles all information needed in the preparation of staff payroll. • Distributes checks. • Attends all staff meetings. • Prepares the company inventory. • Performs other related duties as required.
