Lead a group of 25 +team members and 3 team leads, 2 specialists in a fast, fun, and friendly environment in order to replenish store efficiently, improve and monitor production systems, accountable for development of the team, forge great relationships, provide great service to guests by driving the “Can I help you find something?” culture, increased sales in all direct managed departments by 6.7%.
