Commissioned the largest company built manufacturing facility in the country from a greenfield site. Met first year's production/sales goals of over $13MM. Exceeded first year's profitability expectations by over 50%. Hired and trained the entire staff and commissioned all equipment. During the busy season employed over 100 people. Established all work rules, safety procedures and employee training programs that insured employees were given the training needed to produce quality products, efficiently and safely.
