• Develop and execute marketing communications plan to re-position company and reinforce the new value proposition. • Identify key markets and create marketing programs to support lead generation activities and gain traction on new products. • Planned and executed new website and collateral design to support new branding initiatives. • Revise SEO and PPC programs for website to increase web traffic and improve the visibility and ranking on search engine listings. • Manage competitive intelligence database and news monitoring site in order to track competitive landscape. • Visit customer sites to gather qualitative data and information in order to help development make improvements to products and services. • Create program and deliver lecture content for AMA marketing workshop. • Co-authored and contributed ideas for the SCIP Competitive Intelligence Book • Serve as liaison between Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals organization and local Puget Sound chapter.
