Recruited to turnaround logistics, operations and sales of newly opened, under performing store with every process and procedure broken. Managed 12 team leads , 285 sales and support staff to perform all aspects of store operation. Oversaw human resources, sales, guest service, logistics, assets protection, and product merchandising in all departments of hard and soft lines.
