Daily Duties at United Way Of The Nca:
Analyze record and maintain accurate records on all campaign revenue and donor information received from other out of area United Ways.* Assist agencies and donors with any campaign questions or concerns. * Assist with supervision of full time staff and seasonal staff of 6. * Prepare monthly disbursements and Run related reports for monthly.* Prepare disbursement journal entries for general ledger.* Prepare confirmations for agency auditors. * Process and retrieve positive pay transmissions.Code and make entries for the General Ledger* Maintain and create various spread sheets* Reconcile several accounts monthly* Research and answer agency questions* Maintain chart of accounts* Process monthly Agency disbursements and relevant reports * Assist with annual audit * Prepare various month end reports
