Supervise and train department staff which consisted of a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant/Office manager and acting as back for these two positions regularly. * Ensure Programs have accurate registration and table files in AS400.* Manage accounts receivables. * Manage the day to day functions of the business office. Work with Vendors. * Run Class rosters G/L and A/R reports and distribute to department heads.* Compile and maintain account information for proper department budget maintenance as well as for other departments at the branch.* Branch HR liaison , maintain accurate payroll and personnel forms for all employees.* Code and sign off on accounts payable invoices.* Reconcile receivables and petty cash at month end.* Attend monthly IT service team meetings an discuss accounting system and ways to improve.* Meet with persons with delinquent accounts and set up payment arrangements.
