Daily Duties at Vidamed, Inc.:
Responsible for general ledger including journal entries, bank reconciliation statement, adjustment entries, fixed assets and depreciation schedules, account payable and receivable reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements, Other responsibilities included weekly cash reporting, auditing contracts order and vouchers. Preparation of month end marginal sales report for booking revenue and cost of sales. Analysis of financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital. Supervision of accounting staff. Implementation of accounting department rules, regulation, policies & procedures. Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliation. Process monthly and year-end closing. Monitoring of compliances with generally accepted accounting principles.
