Daily Duties at Artificial Life, Inc.:
Network Administrator of a Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0-based network encompassing offices in Boston, New York, Germany, Switzerland, and Russia with total user-base of approximately 450 and total of 30 servers. Duties included computer/server installation, configuration and maintenance; data backup, recovery and business continuity; software licensing compliance; office build outs; end-user training; and security access, audits and controls. Additional duties included: 1) assistance and support to the IT Manager, European Operations; and 2) Sales Engineer support for an international sales staff in the demonstration and presentation of all Artificial Life, Inc. products and services to potential clients via direct sales meetings and tradeshows
