Responsibilities include Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statements, journal entries and other financial planning reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts, balance sheet and income statement variance analysis. Provides ad hoc analysis for senior management on issues of variance analysis, Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Responsible for all accrual accounts to justify all accruals and reversals. I worked with managers in completing the research to justify accruals for departments such as World Wide Marketing, Legal, HR, IT, accounting and various other accruals for month end and quarterly close.
