• Reduced the running monthly deficit from $2.2M to less than $800K, with projections at 200K. • Created & implemented customer rejection, parts recycling, & scrap reporting processes. • Partnered with IT to implement a scan to receive inventory control program. • Produced tools that offer real time stock adjustments for inter company shipments. • Balanced work loads across 3 shifts; decreased over all manpower requirement by 27%. • Improved program launch management through extensive quality control initiatives. • Utilized visual management, 5S, & standardized scheduling procedures.
