Information Systems Engineer • Provided overall site management and engineering direction and support for site infrastructure implementations, upgrades, changes, problem resolution management and disaster recovery. • Maintained WAN, network site security for local groups and resources. • Implemented and/or managed hardware and software configurations for 50 end users. • Provided technical assistance to company system users statewide. • Project Manager for the upgrade of the telecommunication system; recommendations came under budget by $2,000.
