Managed user-driven Request For Change to the ERP; gathered requirements, authored technical requirements and change control documents, designed and developed solid business solutions to support finance, risk, operation and customer service departments. Mapped, scrubbed and tested corporate data migration to Cynergy Data’s .Net ERP system. Designed in-house job scheduler. Developed and published web-based reports (Brio SQR) for in-flight hand-held POS product. Improved outbound interface to FDR (credit card processor) of merchant data to eliminate duplicate data entry. • Generated $36,000 in annual cost savings by leading a project to deactivate and eliminate over 300 inactive wireless accounts. Net savings to company -- $36,000 annually. • Researched and developed an outbound interface for Experian Credit Reporting with potential recovery of $1 million in delinquent accounts. • Captured $50,000 net cost savings per year by designing and implementing inbound/outbound interfaces to eliminate duplicate data entry functions between company’s custom ERP system and American Express® computer system. • Successfully migrated Oracle ERP data to Cynergy Data’s .Net application by analyzing, mapping and scrubbing data based on identifying matching equipment, rates and services between the two systems. • Performed maintenance, support and enhancements for the company’s custom Oracle ERP system, including SDLC, following corporate guidelines and SDLC methodologies, increasing system performance and reliability. • Developed and implemented an automated process to generate chargeback and retrieval letters to merchants from an inbound interface from the credit card processor, saving estimated $50,000 annually.
