Daily Duties at U.S. Army 99th Regional Readiness Command:

• Senior project manager for all military construction projects present and future for a 5-state area. Common awarded projects estimated at $5 million dollars and above. • Duties included quality assurance and review of designs of buildings in areas of structure, soil analysis, water quality, landscaping, HVAC, force protection, signage, interior finishing, and furniture. • Additional duties included liaison with other DoD services in the region in shared facility construction and real property issues; oversight of regional real property database of over 1,000 separate leased or owned facilities and land. • Developed and prepared annual construction project requests for federal congressional review; likewise briefed to senior Army staff on same congressional projects. • Developed monthly space analysis for Department of Defense personnel use of facilities. • Applications utilized: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and Army proprietary real property software.
