Daily Duties at Houston Isd:
• Review and oversee the loading of the Annual financial plan for different projects as presented by Department Heads • Provide direction to assistants regarding budget activities and proper budgeting procedures and practices • Review and approve requests for budget transfers • Maintain budget for special revenue fund accounts, determine if funds are available and expenditures are properly classified • Manage Budget & Financial aspects of the Summer School programs. • Perform other special projects as assigned
