Chief of Utilization Management - developed premier case management program in the Air Force Clinical Nurse Specialist Surgical Matrix - oriented new nurses, collaborated with team on development of care plans for complex patients, and conducted research projects for quality improvement. Nurse Manager Family Practice Clinic - managed 36 Family Practice residents and staff physicians and 14 support staff. Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit - managed 50 military and civilian nurses and medical technicians. Nurse Manager of Specialty Surgical Unit - unit recognized as leading training site for nurses prior to moving into critical care. Clinical Nurse on multi-service and Special Care Unit.
