Daily Duties at Coventry Workers' Compensation Services:

Responsibility for a $12M budget; and oversight and direction to multiple business units within the Telephonic Case Management/Utilization Review (TCM/UR) division. This consists of managing a team of Directors and Managers responsible for ensuring business unit results including profitability, customer service, and quality and regulatory compliance. I collaborate with the Vice President of Operations on the development and implementation of the division's business plan and financial goals, and anticipate business needs and industry trends to ensure client retention and competitive advantage; as well as support the Regional and National Sales Team's endeavors by participating in presentations for prospective clients. I support the TCM/UR division initiatives to include but not limited to, process improvement, development of job descriptions, performance standards, policies and procedures, regulatory compliance and letters; and facilitate process and consistency across business units.
