Daily Duties at Control Point Solutions Inc.:

§ Responsible for the research, analysis and resolution of complex file problems related to loading of detailed electronic data that is transmitted and received. § Responsible for file loading into software and perform research on bill loading problems. Use independent judgment to seek proper issue resolution either internally within invoice management or with the system support group or vendor. § Research, analyze and determine appropriate fix for file loading issues. § Independently create reports using SQL and TOAD in order to resolve vendor format and loading problems § Make recommendations for improvements based on analysis of system deficiencies § Review exceptions reports that detail problems with loading of data. Independently resolves complex system exceptions. § Tracks physical electronic media (cd, cartridge, reels) that contain client information into a web based media tracking database § Track electronic media received via T1, FTP or other sources § Handle increasingly difficult and complex billing issues § Other duties as assigned
