• Quantify what types of information are needed to develop plans to interview development teams to gather technical and functional specifications then documenting the information for future reference • Manage tasks and define specific business requirements with users, business analysts and Developers in numerous time-zones to provide cost and time effective solutions • Created flow diagrams and documentation to explain how to install testing systems and flow of data in testing scenarios • Design, develop and validate test metrics-based test plans, test libraries, and report cards for entrance, functional, regression, usability, usability, and load types of testing against software builds for various OS’s • Utilized excel to create and generate reports to validate security hardware and software • Evaluate possible issues that could arise across all areas of software from defect fixes to enhancements. Communicate these possible issues through the proper channels to help marketing and development managers understand the risks of circumventing proper test efforts or releasing potential defects to end users • Create and maintain configuration management settings for various test environments and scenarios • Train new employees to abide by testing cycles, defect tracking, and configuration management
