Daily Duties at On Site Computer Solutions:
Managed relations and scheduling for all clients in the DFW area. Organized and scheduled all daily tasks for two fully functioning field offices that repaired and maintained over 85 client servers and 900 Desktops for network Infrastructures by remote and on-site operations. Trained all new employees in the field at client locations and on bench settings to repair, troubleshoot and insure data accuracy for servers and desktops in a network environment. This position also included routing field technicians where they were needed and answering technical questions for technicians and clients. Building servers and desktops, and architecting a network layout to implement for all client installations and/or rollovers. Cultivated and maintained client relationships within the DFW area by promoting a solid work ethic and support to each new and existing client. Increased company profits and growth by 60% within 3 years.
