Daily Duties at Microsoft Corp:
I was responsible for providing technical support to customers resolving issues related to connectivity, recovery, and installation for all Exchange Enterprise Messaging products on all OS's. • Assist and resolve issues related to design, administration, migration, and implementation of all supported Microsoft electronic messaging products (Exchange 5.5, 2000, and 2003). • Database and Information store recovery • Client connectivity, Outlook web access deployment, and Active directory integration support. • Support of Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 operating systems in enterprise deployments. • Migration and replication issues. Active Directory and DNS issues. Design and schema problems. • Client, VPN, and inter-site connectivity. Firewall, Security policy, and ISA issues.
