•Managed the team that pioneered the production of new vinyl windows. Designed processes and area layouts for efficient production of the new window. •Recommended design changes that saved the company thousands of dollars without compromising the integrity of the window. •Recommended changes to the method that orders are created and sent to the shop that greatly improved accuracy and quality of customer orders. •Supervised up to 20 employees in the automated welding department. •Completed routine maintenance on welding equipment. •Trained new employees
