•Redesigned the email systems for stores at Greenbacks. The email system for stores had been constantly going down. After the redesign, the store email system operated efficiently. •Maintained the inventory of all computer related store assets during the Greenbacks to Dollar Tree conversion. Properly disposed of assets no longer needed. Kept accurate records of all inventory and gave a full report to the corporate office when the conversion was complete. •Upgraded store computer systems from Windows 98 to Window 2000. •Designed tracking systems for error reporting for the Shipping, Receiving and Order Selection departments at Dollar Tree. •Represented team on the safety committee and participated in improving safety at Dollar Tree. •Increased efficiency by redesigning the tracking system of employees. •Reconfigured RF units to increase productivity of employees.
