Daily Duties at Experian:
- Responsible for the development, operational support and quality of the Credit Expert e-commerce product suite with a team of up to 10 software developers, QA analysts, and DBAs in various organization structures. - Coordinated project tasks, and resource allocations across all relevant groups for full life-cycle and maintenance releases – development, marketing, user experience, IT, and quality assurance. - Hired qualified team leads, software developers, and senior quality assurance analysts. - Developed, implemented, and maintained application code used to support the online and offline application - including shell scripts and programs written in JAVA, JAVA Servlets, and Oracle PL/SQL procedures. - Led production support initiatives including the management of break/fix, coordinating scheduled service outages, and collaborating with Experian operations for planning and problem resolution purposes. - Instituted formal daily and weekly reporting metrics for service availability across D2C application systems, which included aggregate level reporting to support quantitative analysis of service down/up times and measurements.
