- Managed several software teams in delivery of a content management system for a public web site, security entitlement system for internal business systems, and a document management system - Experienced in project tracking, trending, and budgeting of resources, schedule, and cost for a projectized organizational structure - Used effort estimation methods to plan, allocate, and optimize project resources and schedules. - Worked with the client in gathering complex business requirements and translating them into software and system features that can be communicated to the design and development team. - Proven ability to troubleshooting, debugging JAVA and SQL application code, and participating in data modeling activities when needed.
