Daily Duties at Cingular Wireless:

Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily activities of a retail store and team including appropriate employee hiring, training and development, payroll management, inventory management, cash management, performs daily deposits, merchandising, and customer service. Handle customer escalations, and communication. Prepares sales projections, management report and retail store correspondence; provide support to manager in other locations. Guides and evaluates employee performance consistently. Coordinate road shows and outside events to generate sales.
