• Managed web development team responsible for Tape/Optical Product Portfolio which helped to contribute over $1 Billion revenue annually to corporation • Instituted web management discipline - standards and practices for the development of the IBM web sites, analysis of product requirements, marketing segmentation, buyer criteria, value propositions, developed site navigation, content organization and multiple site integration. • Provide integration and design of new web technologies to improve customer satisfaction. • Primary interface to internal IBM Development Teams, Communication, and International Sales Force - OEM and Retail for the web integration. • Create and develop graphics, HTML, JAVA SCRIPT and interactive components and user feedback for the web.
