Daily Duties at Ucsf :
· Using Ms Access database design user interface to store, retrieve and manipulate the data from pulmonary collections and laboratory experiments including analysis and reporting. · Using Ms Access database design user interface to store, retrieve and manipulate the data from specimen collections and laboratory experiments including genomic analysis · Define reporting requirements and gather data, using MS Access, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, to create Pivot table on MS excel and data management reports for more analysis use. · Produce and update documentation on all databases (include MS Access database, SQL database) and programs · Provide routine maintenance include database Performance, Space, and capacity Analyst, Backup Analyst and software/hardware support on desktop computers, server as well as Lab file server · Provide additional computer maintenance, network and technical support to staff, student, and post-doctoral fellows in the laboratory
