Daily Duties at Morgan Stanley:

? Completed a 10-week project and presented to the Division Head of HR which analyzed qualitative and quantitative data from exit interviews using Business Objects and Excel. The results and suggestions were implemented by senior management to develop employees within the firm ? Completed monthly headcount reports using Business Objects for the 22 business groups within my business unit (FID) ? Ran data analysis and analyzed the statistics for the two VPs ? Completed on boarding procedures - entering new hires into PeopleSoft, collecting necessary paperwork and background check documents, and communicating with necessary clients and departments ? Composed offer letters and termination packages for new hires of all levels ? Supported the Generalist for the Fixed Income Division on daily tasks
