? Conducted phone interviews for all entry level candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers and vendors ? Conducted in person interviews for entry level positions ? Placed fifteen employees for clients ? Maintained applicant trackers for each client using Excel ? Liaison between clients, search vendors and candidates and provide responses to inquiries from all parties ? Scheduled meetings and interviews ? Extended verbal and written offers to candidates ? Managed feedback process between clients and vendors ? Managed the on boarding process - composing offer packages, communicating with hiring manager and new hire ? Interviewed references for new hires ? Trained new in-house employees
