Daily Duties at Georgia Pacific,Llc:
Manage the A/R collection process with a 90+% percent current status. Handle customer credit release submissions to Corp. Credit, and analyze accounts for credit limit adjustments. Manage the daily billing process and reconciliation. Responsible for Sales month-end closing and reporting. Manage the bi-weekly processing of hourly Employees with a consistency in decline of off cycle checks and mange vacation pay and time tracking. Manage and Record hourly employee attendance in the Kronos system, assist new hire testing and drug screen. Administration/or Coaching of the Temporary employees.
