Supervision of four employees; facilitating inpatient and outpatient individual, family, and group therapy to promote program continuity; supervision of programs for adolescent psychiatric and dual-focus units and developing aftercare programs for both; working with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver the master treatment plan; working in the crisis intervention program; and marketing activities that included: live television appearances, school drop out programs, a variety of speaking engagements, and networking with other professionals in the community.
