Developing agency-wide clinical programmatics; training and supervising master level therapists; coordinating the managed care process; networking with professionals in the targeted clinical areas; making site visits to all clinical programs within the continuum to assure clinical integrity was maintained; development and facilitation of cross-functional teams to revise services and develop consistent clinical policies and procedures; supervising the organization’s residential operations; coordinating with other senior administrators to complete the process of JCAHO accreditation; and coordinating the multidisciplinary treatment team.
