Coordinating multiple campaigns to acquire, retain and upgrade members. Establishing written training and management procedures for the volunteer program. Identifying agency volunteer needs, followed by recruiting and assignment of persons to fit these volunteer roles. Conducting prospect research, identifying and evaluating the viability of donor prospects. Data and funds management for membership and grant income. Contributing to special events management by serving on committees, distributing materials and managing logistics on the day of the event.
