Daily Duties at Senior Connections:
Administered all financial activity at a $5,000,000 non profit agency. Management and oversight of all general ledger transactions, past due collections, client service and Human Resources, including payroll and benefits for over 100 employees. Finance committee and Board presentation of the financial condition of the agency including projections with variance analysis versus budget and latest estimate with commentary. Grant and bid applications. Building operations and maintenance management. Program and department analysis for Meals on Wheels, Home repair, Transportation, Homemaking, Congregate activities, Fundraising, Marketing and Volunteer services. Managed a staff of seven people.
