Daily Duties at American Eagle Transportation:
Analyze safety data to lead and coordinate the safety effort for continual improvement. Participate on corporate teams as needed to assist in the development of safety policies and procedures. Auditing and counseling of 200+ daily driver logs and vehicle inspections and discuss Hours of Service issues with drivers, Recruiting, Background checks, Added drivers to EPN, D & A testing, Processed driver applications, Interviewing, Orientation, Ensuring that all drivers were properly trained in their respective job duties and potential safety and/or health risks. Corresponded with CHP DOT officers for preparation of quarterly BIT Inspections
