Daily Duties at William C. Smith & Co:

• Assist 5 Property Managers with their administrative needs: ? Draft correspondence ? Maintain Calendars ? Schedule appointments for internal/external meetings and conference calls ? Faxing and emailing ? Proofreading ? Preparing monthly reports ? Bulk mailing and filing. • Receive, process and route inbound tenant/owner calls on a multi-line phone system. • Communications Specialist: ? Handle the cell phone and pager major accounts for the entire company ? Liaison for the company with the suppliers ? Open new accounts ? Handle the ordering and distribution of new equipment ? Handle return of used or broken equipment ? Receive and process bills for all accounts held by company. • Perform data entry and data base management duties. • Mediate and resolve tenant/owner complaints and problems
